  : Best Location in the heart of Venice. I have never believed that for reasonable price will find apartment on excellent location. It was easy to find the apartment. Close to the main street, but on quiet place. Clean and warm place.

  : it was disgusting we are asking for a complete refund we were completely mislead I asked booking .com to call to check the location and at no point we’re we told we were going to pick up keys at hotel then walk 30 minutes to another hidden apartment on top of a pub at the back of Mac Donald.. we were up all night with the mouse of deliveries and people partying and we had to walk an hour to where we needed to be where we booked !!
  : location the bed was a double camper bed fill off mosquitoes and only after we complained were we given a plug kept up all night the picture taken were at 2am !! wrong area we were supposed to be in a quiet area with NO noise close to the Jewish Guetto .. they sold it under the banner of the hotel name in that area but the apartments are mikes away and we had to walk .. and at no point did they say you have to get key at hotel then walk … and it is out of area near an open pub with camp bed .. and loads of noise and mosquitoes.. please get me refund

  : Location: We walked hotel(around a 1km from railway station) with difficulty, considering our luggage and the bridges. There is no alternative to reach. After reaching we were asked to go another location for stay which is another 1 km. So I had to drag my luggage with my small daughter. Receptionist mentioned we were needed to come to the reception just for collecting the keys, very weird. Room was located bit remote at small streets which were dirty.Room : Room with no proper tv/towels/bed. Room was located in the 2nd floor without lift.Bed: Bed was bend at the center. Could not sleep properly. Lots of mosquitos, so it was nightmare.Reception: Receptionist was so rude. She was ordering us to pay extra for the local taxes, collect the keys and walkout with out proper explanation. She demanded to share our credit card as deposit security, This is worst part of all, with out which she was refusing to give keys. Alternative I was needed to pay money and come back(1 km with luggage) at the check out time to collect deposit and wait until they verify the room, crazy.Booking.com reviews: Hotel was highly rated for such a hotel is unbelievable. I could not believe its my only experience. When I enquired with locals they mentioned in the same street there is one more along with this who does the same. Worst part I have paid 150 euros per night for such nightmare experience. Overcharged, overrated, no where it is mentioned I have to go to the mentioned location just for collecting the house, and I have to give my credit card with all security detail as deposit.
