  : The kitchen is fully equipped.For large groups the appartment is huge, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen, large living room.
  : The irresponsible and rude attitude of the host(s). We received an email from a Manuela, then an SMS from an Alice telling us to call a Luka upon arrival in Venice. But when we do we get no answer. So we call Alice who is surrounded by stridently shouting children and tell us that in fact the son of the cleaning lady will let us in and she will then come the following day. After a wait in the ultra-narrow, deserted, creepy street where the property is located, two kids who do not speak any English and do not appear to know an Alice arrive and rush us in the apartment then disappear without explaining to us anything like how to lift the metal blinds of the room, etc.The following day no communication from anyone and then at 11am the power shuts down in the whole appartment. We contact Manuela, Alice and Luka by phone, SMS and email and nobody answers. We find the fusebox and put them up to no avail. After an hour with no lights, no hot water, no wifi and no answer from anyone, we infer that we had fell pray to a scam having paid the 5 nights in advance. So we pack our luggage and head to the police.As we were waiting in the police line, we finally receive an SMS from Luka, three hours after we contacted him. He explains to us that there is another fusebox in the buidling on another floor than the apartment. He arrives at 5pm irritated and hurried instead of apologetic as if WE were in the wrong. He makes us pay the city tax and tells us to just leave the key inside the apartment on departure day and close the self-locking front door. He leaves slamming the door.SMS from Manuela two days later. On departure day SMS by Luka saying that he is coming at 10:15 am to review the apartment. Then at 10:30am he says that he is not coming after all. Uber-stressful.The room carpet is full of stains, the shower water alternates between freezing and burning. The room chairs are broken and held by glue. Woken up at night by either street conversations or mosquitoes.
