  : Rupu greeted us and showed us around. He was very friendly and really helpful. The location is amazing, close to so many things. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, and was warm. Apart from the bed dipping in the middle, it was pretty comfortable.
  : We had to wait until 3pm to check in. We already paid £300 for two nights, but then had to pay an extra £5 each for sheets... each? Even though we were sharing the sheets for one bed. Then an extra £5 each for a towel.

  : First, the reception was horrible. If you arrive later than 8 p.m. you have to pay an extra 50 euros. Never happened to me before in other places. After 12 p.m. they are not willing to check you in at all. The owner was very unfriendly and didn't want to help. There were not enough blankets, he took extra money for bed linens and towels, and when we asked for a bigger sheet for the double bed because he gave us only one for a single bed he asked for more money.In the kitchen was no table and he closed the gas so we couldn't cook. There was also a leak in the kitchen and nobody took care of it.In the second apartment the ceiling of the kitchen broke down and one tenant was hurt and had to be taken to the hospital!

  : The host was extremely rude and did not check in the night I was coming because my flight was delayed, not accommodating at all and an extreme worst behavior. I spent a whole night at the airport to pass time and next morning, when my friend entered the premises, he was extremely rude to her as well.

  : Cleanliness and safety.Floor is dirty. Cement ceiling in another room fell down in the evening. It frightened me and my roommates. There were no good explanation in the beginning. They should learn how to manage crisis situation..
