  : It was a good location, but I didn't want to wonder alone at night. It has a kitchen. It was close to the bridge about a 10-minute walk.
  : The entire stay I was bitten by bed bugs, 3 days in a row, bitten all over my body. They were living inside the matress that were uncomfortable. The furniture is filled with bugs, unhealthy to stay in. It was I don't care attitude when I mentioned it to the receptionist. They couldn't do anything to help me. The owners responsibility is to send an expert to the fumigation company. I was supposed to stay 4 days and left at the third day cause of being bitten at night. I paid for a clean, safe, healthy place to sleep and stay. No excuses! Not tolerable! The electric socket the whole thing was completely out of the case, showing all the wires. It's a fire hazard! It was supposed to be venice, a beautiful place to visit and to remember. I would never go back!pictures are of the room, and the bed bugs crawling on the bed. The bathroom was large, but the shower stalled, and they fell out when you showered. No soap to shower, nothing was given to the customer. You have to $ for it! The first pic is of the outlet, only one outlet to share for 4 people, and it hangs out of the wall. Unbelievable! It's the owner, not the workers who are there trying their best. But the owner doesn't care! This a place should be inspected!
