  : The property was very neat and clean very difficult to find took my wife 3 1/2 hours to find this may be a normal situation in Venice. Although the owner did show up and apologize for all the difficulties that we had and some of the damages that were not corrected at the property he was a great assistance of getting us a taxi ride to the airport at 2 oclock in the morning.
  : The showerhead was broke. The TV did not work the entire time we were there we could not get in contact by phone or email with the property owner until they finally came to get on whats up line every time we try to call their phone it would not ring they tried to call us and could not get through, very unusual. The only thing that I was disappointed in is, they knew there were things that they were responsible for offered no type of reimbursement or discount. My wife and I are in our early 60s. Were also not made to Wear the fact this place was four stories of carrying that luggage staircases, which of course there is no elevators in Venice, but it wouldve been nice to know that to begin with that. We were on a fourth story. They were very kind people were apologetic, but I do feel like we paid an extreme amount of money and got less than I felt we shouldve gotten for what we paid.

  : The staff member (Schule???)went above and beyond in ensuring we got to the location. Great location! We got an Italian experience.
  : The location needed some kind of identifying sign and a way to find it on Maps.

  : 1. Very difficult to find the location 2. There is no lobby. You have to call to make an appointment to meet the staff at the door. This was not informed to the guest ahead of the time. 3. Many plugs/outlets are malfunction. TV is not working. Hair dryer is not working. 4. No hot water to shower in the morning 5. No elevator. You have to climb 3 levels stair for the heavy luggage. 6. For the value we receive, it's not worthy. Too expensive.
