  : very centrally situated. spacious with good bathroom and kitchen facilities.double bed, single bed and sleeper couch.location is really great and Michelin star restaurant next door a bonus
  : the aircon had to be emptied every 3 hours as the outlet was in a small jar.Rafaella the host was extremely rude when we dropped our luggage off 30min before official check in time.only the double bed was made and she would not come back to make up the single bedwater heater was switched off in two places and we only figured it out on day two.

  : Open the window to watch the gondalas go by! Good bathroom. Great location.
  : The temporary air con unit kept flooding the floor. We arrived to pools of water at door and not from the canals. Only a tiny vase to catch overflow which was overflowing everywhere before we had even arrived, then it only cooled the bins not the main room, it was unsightly and noisy. Canal very stinky and curtains had to be closed to stop the gondaleers leering at you in bed! Fridge dirty and falling apart, dodgy lock system without a double lock from inside. plus you need access to what’s app just to get the address and code which we had to request even though they knew our arrival time.

  : The property is in a good, central location.
  : The property manager had me install the Vikey app for access to the property days in advance and register. The day before, I received an access key. Upon arrival, we discovered the door was unlocked and it could not be locked manually or with the Vikey app. We called the property manager and owner and they did not answer or return our messages. After waiting around and not receiving a response, we found a hotel with availability and stayed there. Additionally, the property was not clean, there were no sheets for the extra bed, the DW was broken, and drawers were broken.We have requested a refund and have not yet received a response.

  : communication with the host Vikey was tedious at best and most of the time they just did not answer our questions nor concerns....we were lucky to bump into the housekeeper who eventually passed the master entry code to us otherwise we might have to check into another establishment at a exorbitant price as it was getting late..Vikey's only concern seemed to be that we paid everything on time and no communique otherwise...The virtual key was NOT user friendly and there was only lukewarm water in the house....the water was never hot in the sink, bath or kitchen .
