  : Great location very close to St Mark’s Square and the water taxi station (Rialto). Excellent directions from Reception to find apartment. Very comfortable beds and super views of the canal below from all windows. Keyless entry was great. Highly recommend.
  : The apartment is directly above a barge docking station so early morning noise wasn’t nice!

  : Fantastic location! Definitely the best attribute for this apartment.
  : Information regarding what to do with rubbish once the bins were full would have been helpful as self catering results in more rubbish,, food scraps etc. Instructions on the use of the washing machine. More than one tea towel for a stay of 4 days would have been appreciated.

  : We originally booked a canal view apartment but once it was confirmed we received a phone call that that particular one wasn't available. This one was clean, newly refurbished.
  : I would choose to be in a quieter, less touristic area.

  : Amazing view and the apartment was relatively easy to find! Host also gave very clear instructions to find the apartment, Wifi connection, code to enter the apartment as well as a handyman's contact should anything go wrong.Spacious for an apartment in Venice! The check in was easy though it's at a different location, near Piazzale Roma. The facilities were as expected and the views from the windows were gorgeous!Apartment was cleaned upon request.
  : Sofa bed did not open. Messaged the host and they said it's "not supposed" to open...but upon examining the sofa bed, it IS supposed to open but it is unable to (spoiled, stuck or jammed mechanism). You can clearly see the mechanism to open it into a sofa bed. The host merely said it's for one person to sleep in. Thankfully one of our children could fit on the unopened sofa bed, an adult would struggle for sure. Kind of false advertising if you think about it. Would be a better policy to own up and confess that the sofa bed doesn't work rather than just brush it off as a 'only for one person' sleeping arrangement; it's patronizing & condescending to the guests.

  : The apartment was clean and had very convenient location.
  : We have never seen the hosts at all. We had troubles in finding this apartment, despite the the received instructions, which didn't help at all. The check in time is 15.00 p.m. that is quite late, but the codes for the door were sent us only half an hour later.

  : This was very well located for all the main sights of Venice so it was good option for us - also close to very nice restaurant (Bistro of Venice).
  : The place was quite noisy - the air conditioning units particularly were a problem for sleeping and the facing canal did get lots of very early morning activity (construction or rubbish collection or something like that). As others say, it is very small but the bedrooms are good size so works for a weekend.
