  : Great central location, good AC for the hot days and lots of space even a good size bathroom. The venice map the staff provided to us was worth a million bucks and the staff member we worked with was very polite and helpful.
  : The throw rug carpet needed to be cleaned, looked like it never gets vacuumed. Lots of stairs. LOTS. AND STEEP. kind of expected it in venice but the bottom two flights have no hand rail and are in need of some repair.

  : No information that stated that the property had 51 very steep and narrow steps to the apartment with half no hand rail. The so called bedroom was a loft that only a midget could stand up. Also the loft was very warm. Most importantly the stairs down from the loft to the bathroom were very steep with no hand rail. This would have been too dangerous for going to the bathroom at night. Because of all of this we chose to sleep on the sofa bed. This important information must be included in the apartment information.

  : I didn't like all the hidden extra charges, or the 4 flights of stone stairs to access the apartment. The mosquito repellent plug ins were empty, so I received 19 big mosquito bites over the weekend. I also think €50 for cleaning a tiny studio apartment is excessive. The stairs were broken stone steps in places and no hand rail on the bottom two flights. Also looked like the stairs and entry hall had not been swept in weeks.
