  : Main entrance door was somewhat off putting, wouldn't lock. Door to apartment difficult to open. Poor lighting in the bedroom.

  : It was to expensive and no cleaning services as a hotel, just two towels for three days. It was very stressful because we have to pick up the garbage and take to outside container. I never recommend this place to anyone.

  : Location. Close enough to everything, but far enough off the heavily beaten path to be peaceful. Really good value for the money. and super friendly and helpful check in staff. Picking up the keys from the main office was a breeze.
  : Shower was very tiny. A couple of towel hooks in the bathroom would have been very useful. Air conditioning didn't work first night and it was tough to sleep. That being said, service got it up and running again very quickly the next day.

  : I haven’t stayed anywhere else in Venice so I can’t really compare it to another place in the same area, but I’m sure it was more modern than some places you would find.
  : First let me start off by saying that we are traveling through Europe for 5 weeks and this is the 5th place we have stayed at. I have written reviews for each place we have stayed, and all of those reviews I have written were very positive! Unfortunately, I cannot give this place a good review. The mattress on the bed in the main bedroom was rock hard! I couldn’t sleep on it. The pull out couch wasn’t comfortable either. It felt like you were sinking in the middle and could feel the frame underneath you. I ended up sleeping on the couch, as a couch. There was no soap for washing your hands, just a bunch of little mini shampoo bottles, which is what we ended up using. The kitchen only had one towel to dry dishes with. There were no paper towels or rags or anything else to clean up with aside for one sponge for dishes. No coffee maker, no coffee. Probably wasn’t advertised to have that so that’s fine I guess.Although there was air conditioning in the main living area, there wasn’t in the bedroom where my husband and son slept, and it was soo hot in there, even when we tried to open the windows to let some air in, it was so stuffy! The worst part was when we checked in we were told we had to pay 80€ for the cleaning fee!!! That was completely outrageous!! I can’t imagine it costing that much to clean a tiny apartment, and one that was only lived in for 2 nights! Overall we were pretty disappointed with the stay. We slept poorly, and had to pay a ridiculous cleaning fee that was not mentioned anywhere ahead of time.
