  : The best about the apartment is its location. Just 50m south there is a busy (touristy) street with shops, restaurants and the most beautiful supermarket we have ever been in (a former theatre). 100m to the north and you are at a canal with bars and restaurants that feel less touristy. We stayed at the apartment for three nights in late October being two adults and three teenagers. It was sufficiently spacious as there were two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The kitchen with its small dining table was okay for us. With more people (there are beds for eight people), you must definitely not mind not having much comfort. We cooked dinner once and the kitchen‘s tools were sufficient for our needs. And, to be honest, you don‘t go to Venice to stay in an apartment but you want to explore the beautiful city. And for this it is a great spot.
  : Just as a „warning“: It is a ground floor flat and the allrys just pass along each of the bedroom windows. As people walk past the window talking, this feels and sounds as if they are in your bedroom. We didn‘t mind this, but if you are a light sleeper you should choose the bedroom at the back. This one was really quiet.

  : We were met at the flat by the host who was very helpful. Flat was comfortable, old but clean and had a reasonably equipped kitchenette.Flat has two roads on two sides of the building, Flat is on the ground floor, the front door opens directly on to the street. Both rooms have windows which open onto the streets. So if the windows need to be opened there will be street-noise and privacy requires curtains to be closed. This didnt affect us as we traveled in the autumn and we could keep the windows closed.The host kindly allowed us to keep our baggage in another property he manages after we checked out from the flat.

  : Vanessa was very helpful to support our group when we were in Venice. Moreover, the house is clean, good location for easy accessing to the sightseeing in Venice.Thank you Vanessa for assisting me and my friends. We had a great time in Venice and one of the reason we want to come back to Venice is about you. Love you and Venice <3
