  : fantastic location, quiet residential area, but still busy enough for an evening meal or drink, easy to find, ground floor flat, no WiFi, but we did not mind, cute little kitchen, wonderful host Stefania, we received few emails straight after booking with all the important info, all the questions we had were answered within few minutes, kind and accommodating all the way through, great help when we arrived in Venice.

  : The only nice thing about it was that it was in a good quiet location and you could easily get around.
  : The house was filthy, there were cobwebs hanging from the wood ceiling over the beds, spiders included...we killed 3 ...but as we got bit, clearly there were more . the shower drain was full of dark water and hair and I could not say the sheets were clean as there was a hair on one pillow. We found another pillow and used that one. We informed Stefanie about it...she did send a cleaning lady... but she literally cleaned only what I sent 2 pictures of. She did not move one inch to look. When we arrived the second night and saw the "cleaning" done , I sent another message with a clear picture of a dead spider on the stairs...she did not wish to reply but in 3 different places in the house they warn you that if you leave the kitchen dirty or do not throw the garbage out, they will charge 50 euro.The bunk bed is suited only for children. The couch in the living room was a pull out but of course there were no sheets for it, we had to use the ones from the bunk beds. One tv broken in the kitchen/living room, no wi fi, did not use the one in the bedroom , but we were told only Italian tv stations available.
