  : The apartment is beautiful. Location was convenient. The apartment is located on a third or fourth floor without a lift.
  : the water close to the apartment smells really bad in the afternoon making hard to use the beautiful terrace. It is very hard to carry luggage up the narrow stairs. Definitely not ideal for senior citizens.

  : Great location and concierge service. Helped us find the location and gave great info. This made for an excellent check in experience. The decor was beautiful! Very attractive place!
  : Wifi was intermittent. Shower in upstairs bedroom had low water pressure. More duvets would have been welcomed instead of blankets.

  : Property is centrally situated, very close to San Zaccaria Water Bus Stop. Although there are a lot of stairs to climb up to the apartment, it is worth it as the apartment is spacious and there is a lovely private balcony where you can sit on a sunny evening and watch the gondolas sail past. You can really soak up the Venetian experience! The apartment is air conditioned, which we needed after walking through the busy streets. It is also good to have a kitchenette to prepare breakfast. We didn’t cook any other meals, although there is a hob and microwave . We also appreciated the use of a dishwasher! It was good to have two bathrooms as there were 4 of us. There was also plenty of bedding and linen. Everything was clean and the hosts were helpful upon our arrival. There is also a folder explaining everything from transport to recycling. Thank you.
  : One of the showers had a tap which was loose and kept falling off, if you weren’t careful, but it still worked. We also struggled with the lock to the front door on a couple of occasions, but our hosts responded quickly and sorted it out. These are things you would expect in an old building.
