  : - no room service (we stayed for four nights: no fresh towels tough they soaking wet, bins were not emptied, beds were not made)- shower was plugged and water was everywhere in the bathroom (felt very venetian). Had to use our towels to dry floor. Was problematic due to no room service and no new towels

  : We had a terrible stay. the rooms are located just above the reception with flimsy doors and no soundproofing. We came for a peaceful morning but the reception lady was having loud conversations with other guests and staff in the early morning for which we could understand each and every word. we also had construction noise just outside our window. Granted, the latter was not the hotel's fault - but when approached about our issue the reception lady was defensive and unregenerate. Poor service and treatment. We also did not have any actual blankets in our room, only sheets. When asked to provide some, the management told we would receive them the next day. We never did. When I wrote another SMS asking once again about the blankets, I was simply ignored. That is one way to 'problem solve', I suppose - just ignore the foreign tourists. We left angry and mistreated. Safe to say there are better-valued rooms in the area which live up to their price tag. This one does not.

  : The room is quite cosy, well renovated. It has a big TV and in general is clean. It was easy to self check-in.
  : After taking a shower you have to fully clean bathroom/main room because shower severely leaks water outside the shower cabin.The main issue were the mosquitoes. Before going to sleep we killed more then 10 of them. When we woke up we counted 15 more. We couldn't sleep all night. Its awful to wake up with bloody pillows (from accidental mosquito kills during night). I counted 14 bites on my body... We kept the windows closed during all of our stay, mosquitoes are definitely coming through the vents. Unfortunately it was extremely unpleasant stay and we checked-out very tired...

  : The location is good, calm, very closed to main attractions in Venice. The room was a bit dark because of old city's narrow streets which is understandable. It was clean at our arrival and installations look quite new.
  : There was no cleaning services during our stay of 4 days. Shower's drain was smelling strongly, that we decided to take another hotel for our 5th day. Wall's and door's insulation are so bad, that we could hear from our bed the exact amount paid by other guests to the cleaning lady. Except her in the morning, there was nobody at reception the rest of the day... We've never seen someone else. The first day we arrived, we were supposed to read an e-mail that we've never received... Corridor leading to rooms were dark also, without any light. The room itself was warm and air conditioning did not really work in such a way there was no difference between 17 or 25 degrees in the blowned air.

  : Big room with nice and simple design. It was clean. The room is comfortable. And the location is just amazing, 5 minutes from the san marco square
  : The bed is not a double bed, but 2 single beds. So you can feel the gap in the middle of the bed.You can shut the door, but can not close the door with the key. Which is not so secure for meThe wifi sucks. It doesnt have much of signal in the room
