  : It was a basic but good, clean and modern apartment that suited us well as we did not plan on spending much time there other than for the basics. Our apartment was on the ground floor and quite small with basically a bed, kitchenette and a table and chairs in a room with the bathroom enclosed. It looked quite new and the bed and chairs were very comfortable. The kitchenette had modern appliances and the fridge freezer was effective chilling our beverages - although we ate out so didn’t test the cooker. The shower was particularly good in our opinion.The room has a wall mounted remote controlled AC unit that was effective at cooling the apartment when needed.It’s a well located apartment too and not far from Salute or the the Academia water bus stops - far enough outside the mental touristy areas. We parked in Tronchetto and it took about 30-40 mins on the water bus to reach the nearest stop - you can get the no1 or no2 service lines. It was really quiet on the street and the coffee shop right opposite called 60/40 was decent for a panini and a drink.
  : The experience lacked the personal touch as it sounds like it’s owned by a business rather than an individual or a family. No teas or coffees laid on for us. No dish cloths or washing up liquid etc. We turned up about 20 mins prior to our 15:00 hours check-in time and even though the apartment was ready they told us we had to wait til check-in time. Not much of an inconvenience to us as there is a coffee shop right opposite. But still after travelling for hours to get there it would have been nice to have been welcomed.On the ground floor it could be noisy at night with people entering the building although being a quieter time than usual due to Covid then perhaps the Salute area is generally quieter. Therefore could be an issue for some if it was a bustling area.

  : We had a great stay. It was very roomy and comfortable on the top floor apartment. We really enjoyed the rooftop balcony. Everything was clean and well kept. The location was also very convenient.
  : Small repairs were needed in the bathroom but it was usable and clean. The pillows were not super comfortable.

  : Advertised with access to roof terrace which wasn’t the case when we got there. No mirror apart from the bathroom.We arrived at the property 30 mins early and they would not give us the code even though nobody was in the apartment. They promised us a code so we could store Cases but they did not give us one.

  : Great air-con. Location opposite St Mark's (buy a pass for the water-bus) so great for a long weekend exploring Venice and very reasonably priced compared to alternative family rooms/apartments
  : A bit of a trek from the parking area at the end of causeway to Venice - it could have been made clearer in the property details i.e the parking at public car park is several km away and only accessible by water bus/taxi due to the nature of Venice

  : We loved Venice. While this property was a bit off the beaten path, we didn't mind. We thoroughly explored Venice and this was an excellent home base.
  : We did do some laundry with included wash machine, however, it would be brilliant to have a bit of detergent, as well as maybe something to wash a lone dish with other than load up the dishwasher, maybe some coffee but there was a nice cafe 5 seconds away with a very nice barista. Very trivial complaints, we added an extra day easily via booking.com and would stay here again!!
