  : The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. It is in an excellent location. I would recommend it for older guests.
  : The staff were not very welcoming. The breakfast was alright, but there was very little suitable for someone with a nut allergy & the communication over this caused problems. It lacked atmosphere & was overpriced.

  : A good solid 3 star hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff - amazing really! The location is excellent, 100m from Academia Bridge vaparetto stop, on the 'quieter' side of town. Close to many places by foot, or quick vaporetto ride way.
  : The bed could have been more comfy. It was a 3 star place and good value for money compared to others.

  : Great location, beautiful accomodation, helpful and friendly staff. The staff upgraded us for free which was so appreciated! Our room and bathroom were immaculate. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Venice!

  : The room decor and room facilities are compact (to be expected in Europe) and straight out of the 50s in a warm and quirky way - my friend and I found it quaint with all that we needed. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, warm and accomodating. The restaurant is VERY GOOD and we ate dinner there both nights after long days sightseeing. It is close to some really nice parts of Venice and importantly it was lovely and quiet during a very busy time in Venice, but if you arrive with luggage from the train station, for example, be sure to take the ferry - there is a stop right near the hotel. It was good value and although a few updates could be made, it was a very comfortable and conveniently located hotel.
