  : Breakfast was good, with lots of choices and kind staff. The location is okay, easy to reach, about half an hour walk from the station. The room size was good, but I'm concerned about the cleanliness of the bed - the quilt has no quilt cover and from what I could see it's not changed and washed after each use.

  : Rooms were bigger than you would imagine for Venice and the location was great. I also liked the outdoor garden terrace and the view from my window.
  : Breakfast was terrible ! Best nip out for a coffee and croissant in one of the many places nearby

  : Location was just a couple of minutes walk from the ferry jetty in a quieter part of town. A small supermarket just across it. And about three minutes walk to the Academia Bridge which will take you to the more touristy part of Venice.A fair breakfast spread and and outdoor dining area in its courtyard. Newly refurbished rooms and bathrooms. Luggage storage area.

  : The location was excellent! The shower great too although small, nice shower gel and hand soap! Great having a lift as my mum is 80! Exceptionally clean! Always had clean towels and tidy bedroom to come back too!
  : Breakfast adequate but could have been better, scrambled eggs, carrots and potatoes were very salty! Our housekeeper was lovely and always greeted us with a smile, can't say the same for any other member of staff and there was quite a few! Room was quite small! Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, shelves, hooks etc! No mirror in the bedroom, was difficult for 2 people to get ready with only one mirror in the bathroom!

  : Located near the Acedemia in a quiet area of Venice, also near the main sights, with a small garden outside the hotel, unusual in Venice.
